A 20 year stint in London restaurants, a culinary degree combined with a massive passion for food, led Tina Horvath to launch CanTina Brighton in summer 2010. With an emphasis on fresh, quality ingredients her cooking aims to be creative, interesting and of course delicious. The business is blossoming and she has been busy all year catering for dinners, parties and weddings. Come and try her food and say hello, CanTina is available each Wednesdays at Churchill Square farmers market with a variety of lunches and savoury snacks, and she is hosting two CanTina @ home secret supper clubs during the festival (16 and 30 September - see events calendar).

They strive to provide inventive, delicious and healthy dishes sourcing organic, local and seasonal produce as much as possible. They run Gourmet Girls Secret Restaurants, cookery workshops and demonstrations as well as personal chef services, cookery parties and event catering. Paula and Sammy are trained chefs with many years experience.
