Chocoholly started in Brighton three years ago and has won a gold taste award for the Organic Rich milk chocolate. Holly, the founder, loves creating new recipes for chocolate like her chilli and coconut or strawberry and chilli also geranium and cardamom. Harvey Nichols commissioned her to create painted chocolate Easter eggs and John Lewis food halls sell the whole range of bars and chocolate fish. If you like salted caramels you must try Hollys!

This Italian Ice Cream shop with a twist has a daily choice of 24 ever changing flavours, taken from their list of more than 200. Ranging from Vanilla to Violet, Mango to Mojito and Apple to Avocado all are made fresh on the premises using locally produced milk and cream. They were recently included in Rose Prince’s The Good Produce Guide 2011 as one of the best ice cream shops in the UK.
