At Churchill Square today, Hannah from Cloud 9 Cupcakes gives a demonstration on how to make cupcakes and ice them with butter icing, then invites the audience to try their hand at the icing game. Much hilarity and licking of sticky fingers ensued! Brighton's #1 Japanese restaurant Moshi Moshi also hosted sushi making workshops, whilst top chocolatier Chocoholly showed shoppers how to make their own handmade chocs!
